?Do you work with Russia, Belarus, or other sanctioned countries?

We do not operate in jurisdictions where our activity is restricted by law. However, we consider individual applications from models in these countries who are able to relocate. All contracts and physical, financial, and legal operations take place in countries where the production and distribution of adult content is legal.
?Can I appear in a standalone video or photoshoot and be paid immediately?

Long-term, sustainable collaboration is always Naughty Girls Production's priority. However, we sometimes invite models to work alongside our existing talent. In such cases, we may invite you to take part in one-off projects if working together feels comfortable and productive.

We work strictly within the law, so models must be at least 18 years old. The upper age limit is flexible, although we do not usually begin working with models over 30.
?Do you work with models aged 30+?

We are focused on long-term collaboration and developing a model's personal brand. Unfortunately, it is often difficult to predict how a model's appearance will change after the notional 30+ threshold. The adult industry has its own specifics, where a model's appearance is a very important factor. That said, exceptions do exist and every case is considered individually.
?Can I work anonymously?

We consider different shooting formats, including no-face models. If you are concerned about confidentiality, we can find a format that lets you enter the adult industry with lower risks.
?Can I do partially nude shoots?

We do not work with models who are not ready to appear fully nude. It makes promotion and audience growth more difficult, which affects the overall income of both the model and the studio.
?Do you have requirements for safety and health?

All our models undergo regular medical examinations for STIs and other critical conditions. Models are also required to use regular non-barrier contraception, such as birth-control pills or intrauterine devices, rather than one-off or temporary methods such as patches or cups.
?Can you provide a photoshoot, portfolio, or another one-off service for me or for other studios?

No. We work exclusively through full model management: producing and publishing content, developing content plans, handling traffic arbitrage, and promoting all accounts. Before any profile starts producing meaningful income, we make substantial investments in promotion, so we are committed to productive, long-term collaboration.
